Lavoro announces the promotion of Gustavo Modenesi

Lavoro, the first agricultural input distributor in Latin America to have its shares listed on the Nasdaq, the American stock exchange, has announced the promotion of Gustavo Modenesi to the position of Head of B2B and Services. The executive will continue to report to the company’s CEO, Ruy Cunha.

With a degree in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo, Modenesi holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with honors. He has been with Lavoro for just over six years (since it was founded) and has also worked for Pátria Investimentos and the Boston Consulting Group. At Lavoro, he has been Chief Marketing & Transformation Officer (CMTO) for the last three years.

In addition, the executive will also be responsible for leading Lavoro’s Barter, Marketing, Business Intelligence and BI areas.
