São Paulo, March 7, 2022 – Lavoro, the largest distributor of agricultural inputs in Latin America, has just announced the arrival of Karen Ramirez as its VP of Human Resources.
With over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of Strategy and Human Resources, the executive will be responsible for providing even more visibility to agribusiness, a thriving sector is increasingly attracting talent in Brazil, offering opportunities for growth and development for professionals from multiple backgrounds.
Karen has worked at major national and international corporations in multiple sectors, having performed executive roles in companies such as Banco Real, Vale, General Electric, Pepsico, Philip Morris and Hospital Sírio Libanês.
“It is with much joy and energy that I am taking on yet another challenge in my career. My mission is to join this team of more than 2,000 countryside aficionados to transform and increase the growth of agribusiness in Brazil and Latin America”, celebrates Karen.
The executive holds a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, an Executive MBA from IBMEC and an international master’s degree in People Management from the London Metropolitan University.
