The Lavoro group fully acquires Agrozap

Continuing its expansion strategy in Brazil, Lavoro, the largest distributor of agricultural inputs in Latin America, has completed the process of acquiring Agrozap (Facirolli Comércio e Representações Ltda.), one of the leaders in the distribution of agricultural inputs in the Triângulo Mineiro region. 

Founded in 2001, Agrozap currently owns nine stores, with its headquarters in Uberaba and branches located in the Minas Gerais cities of Capinópolis, Carmo do Paranaíba, Conceição das Alagoas, Frutal, Nova Ponte, Patos de Minas, Sacramento and Uberlândia. The company has over 100 employees and around 1,000 active customers.

Among the acquisitions and mergers made since 2017 to form Lavoro are the following networks: Lavoro Agrocomercial, Impacto Insumos Agrícolas, Agrovenci, Central Agrícola, América Insumos, AGSE (Colombia), Grupo Cultivar, Denorpi, Deragro, Futuragro, Gral (Colombia), Integra Insumos, Grupo Pitangueiras, Plenafértil, Produtec, Qualicitrus, Realce, Produttiva, Cenagro (Colombia) and AgroZap. Throughout the country, around 2,500 employees are employed by companies that are part of Lavoro.
