Lavoro, the largest distributor of agricultural inputs in Latin America, has just received, for the second consecutive year, the Great Place To Work (GPTW) certification and is making its mark as one of the best employer brands in Brazilian agribusiness.

The company raised its score from 76 points, earned in 2021, to 81, in 2022. 81% of employees answered the climate survey applied by GPTW and expressed pride in working in a place that has an inclusive, respectful and diverse organizational culture.

“With the score obtained in the survey, Lavoro is edging towards the Top 10 GPTW – Major Agribusiness Category, organizations that led the ranking produced by the global consultancy in 2021”, explains Karen Ramirez, VP of Human Resources at Lavoro.
