Lavoro Limited (Nasdaq: LVRO; LVROW), the first agricultural inputs distributor in Latin America to have its shares listed on Nasdaq, announces Alex Wimbush as the company’s new Chief Digital Officer (CDO). Since April 2023, the executive has worked as a consultant in the company’s digital strategy area.

Wimbush has more than 15 years of experience in digital strategy and product development. Until 2022, he was Head of Product at the fintech Sendwave (Zepz), and previously held a position of the same name at Inari Agriculture, an agtech company based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. He was co-founder of Yield Pop, an agtech acquired by The Climate Corporation, where he was Product Director until 2018. Through 2012 he worked at Syngenta in both global strategy and market intelligence roles.

The executive has a degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia, United States. Now, he takes on the position previously held by Marcos Strobel.
